About the artist
Jagoda Kaczmarczyk-Hudzik is a Polish contemporary painter based in Kraków. She graduated with distinction from the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków in 2007, studying under Professor Jan Pamuła. A recipient of the Polish Minister of Culture Scholarship (2003–2004), she was awarded the Academy of Fine Arts Medal in 2010. Her artistic practice is deeply inspired by the landscapes of the Vistula River, which became the subject of an ongoing painting series following her recognition in the Polish Landscape competition. Her works have been exhibited widely and are held in private collections in Poland and abroad.
