About the artist
Kinga Kubiak (b. 1993) is a Polish multidisciplinary artist and graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź, where she specialised in printed textile design and theatrical costume design. Her practice spans painting, textile art, costume design, and scenography, exploring themes of form, light, human relationships, and emotion. Her work has been featured in numerous group exhibitions, including the International Print Triennial in Cieszyn (2021). In 2022, she was nominated for the Jerzy Moskal Scenography Award, with her work presented at the Silesian Museum in Katowice.
