About the artist

Iwona Gabryś (b. 1988) is a Polish contemporary artist who graduated in Graphic Arts from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin in 2014, also completing a diploma supplement in Painting. Her abstract practice explores geometry, colour, and spatial illusion through layered compositions that combine delicate washes, visible sketches, and expressive impasto textures. Her work ranges from structured geometric forms to more intuitive, colour-driven abstractions. She has participated in numerous exhibitions and art competitions throughout Poland.
