About the artist

Aneta & Filip Gębscy are a Warsaw-based artistic duo whose collaborative practice combines photography and drawing. Aneta, a photographer and design graduate, and Filip, a graphic artist and graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, developed their original MIRAGE technique, transforming photographic images through intricate hand-drawn interventions. Their work explores light, memory, illusion, and the relationship between reality and imagination. Their exhibitions include presentations at the Orangery Gallery in Jabłonna Palace and Station of Art Gallery in Warsaw. The duo also created a poster for Jerzy Skolimowski's Academy Award-nominated film EO and began collaborating with the National Museum in Warsaw in 2026.
